Be sure to join us on Sunday November 11th during and after the 11:00 a.m. Eucharist to celebrate the story of The Church of St. Luke and The Epiphany and to learn more about what we are doing to Preserve our Past and Build our Future!
The Capital Campaign For The Church Of St. Luke & The Epiphany Philadelphia Pennsylvania
St. Luke and the Epiphany is a vibrant, diverse and growing Episcopal parish in center city Philadelphia. Our home on 13th street is one of the city's finest examples of Greek Revival architecture. Completed in 1840 it was first electrified in 1899 - and some of that original electrical wiring is still being used!
In order to preserve our building so that we can continue to bear witness to what God is doing in our lives and in our neighborhood we must completely replace our roof, shore up the roof trusses and replace the antiquated portions of our electrical system. The entire project is expected to cost approximately $750,000.
Our goal is to raise a minimum of $500,000 from within the parish with the remaining support coming from the greater community.
